What happens if we fail the audit?

Our Audit Pass Guarantee means we stay with you. If any non-compliance is found within the scope of our kit, we remediate it immediately at no extra cost and manage the re-audit process until you are certified.

Do I get to keep the hardware?

Yes. The hardware is yours. We simply configure it to be compliant before delivery. You own the PC, the software licenses, and the domain.

Is this SACS-002 or CCC?

It is both. CCC (Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate) is the certificate you receive. SACS-002 is the standard (checklist) you must pass to get the certificate. Our kit covers the SACS-002 checklist to get you the CCC.

How long does the process take?

Once we have your information, we can usually deploy the kit and submit for audit within 5-7 business days. The final certification depends on the auditor's schedule, but generally takes 2-4 weeks total.
